Adding Individual Contacts

1. Go to Contacts > Add Contacts on the main navigation menu.
2. In the Add Contacts window, complete all 5 fields for each Contact if possible.
a. Select the List(s) you want the Contact(s) to belong to.
b. First Name: Type the Contact’s First name.
c. Last Name: Type the Contact’s Last name.
d. Email: Type the email address carefully.
e. Birthday: Select the month and date of their birthday from the drop-down lists.
f. Anniversary: Select the month and date of their anniversary from the drop-down lists.
g. Repeat the process to add 10 Contacts at a time.
h. Click the Add Contacts” button to add your new Contact(s).

Many templates use First and/or Last Names for your contacts to personalize the message. It is important to be as thorough as possible when entering data. Make sure you check your spelling, use proper punctuation, and double check your capitalization.

The columns labeled Birthday and Anniversary are dates for use with Auto Sending campaigns.

Adding one contact at a time:

1. Go to Contacts on the main navigation menu.
2. You can add a single Contact from the Contact Dashboard.

In the section labeled Add Contact:

a. First Name: Type the Contact’s First name.
b. Last Name: Type the Contact’s Last name.
c. Email: Type the email address carefully.
d. Birthday: Select the month and date of their birthday from the drop-down lists.
e. Anniversary: Select the month and date of their anniversary from the drop-down lists.
f. Repeat the process to add additional contacts 1 at a time.
