Archived Email Campaigns

Email Campaigns cannot be deleted, only archived. You can archive email campaigns that you are no longer using.
If later you need to use an archived email campaign you can UnArchive it.

When a email campaign is archived, any Auto Sender or Triggered Emails will be turned off.

Email Campaigns that have been Archived can not be Edited or Configured unless you UnArchive them.

To archive an email campaign:

1. Go to Email Campaigns on the main navigation menu.
2. Under one of your existing email campaigns select the Configure icon > Archive

To unarchive an email campaign:

1. Go to Email Campaigns > Archived Email Campaigns on the main navigation menu.
2. Under one of your existing archived email campaigns select the Configure icon > UnArchive

To Manage your Archived Email Campaigns:

1. Go to the Email Campaigns > Archived Email Campaigns on the main navigation menu.

Hover your mouse over the configure icon to display the menu items below:

Auto Sender – Auto Sender Off status.

To unarchive the email campaign, youll have to turn the Auto Sender On.

UnArchive -Select to UnArchive the Email Campaign.

For each Archived Email Campaign you will see listed:

• Thumbnail Preview  – An image of your email. Hover your mouse over the thumbnail image to get a larger preview. Click the thumbnail image to get the full-size preview.
• Status  – The last status before it was archived.
• Previous Emails – The last 3 previously sent emails will be listed.  Select Show More to or the arrow icon to show 3 more. Select Show All to show all previous emails.
Thumbnail Preview  – An image of your email. Hover your mouse over the thumbnail image to get a larger preview. Click the thumbnail image to get the full-size preview.
• Reports – Click here to view the reports for this Email Campaign.
• Sent Date,  Subject,  Emails Sent, Opened, Clicks and Bounced – Clicking on the stats for the email will display the email contacts associated with those stats.
