Contact Activity Report

The custom contact report provides trending information over time for a single email contact.

1. Go to Reports >  Contact Activity Report on the main navigation menu OR select the View Report link from any view email contacts window.
2.Enter the contact email address:
Email Address: This is a required field. Type the Contact’s full email address.
3. Select the Run Report button.

Select Date Range:

By default, the report will display the entire history of the contact. Select a different data range if as needed.

Engagement Summary:

Here you will see all the key indicators of engagement activity for the date range selected. Click on Opens, Clicks, and Bounces for details.

Activity Log Tab:

Here you will see all activity in detail for the date range selected. Click on Opens, Clicks, and Bounces for details. You can also download the activity data.

The View Log link will only be available for 30 days after the email was sent.

The raw SMTP log may be delayed from showing for up to 48 hours. In most cases it will be available within 15 minutes.

An email sending activity will show with the thumbnail image of the email sent. You will also see “View Log” link, to view the raw SMTP log for this specific contact, this can help when troubleshooting why you may not have received an email sending. If you see “250 OK” in the log entry that means that the email was received and you should look into all email folders, including your SPAM email folder.

Show Sending Activity  – Filter the sending activity by Opens, Clicks, and Bounces.
Show Subscription Activity  – Filter the subscription activity by Subscribes and Unsubscribes.

Monthly Activity Tab:

Monthly Summary Chart

Here you will see all sending activity by month for the date range selected in a Graph format. You can filter the activity type by selecting the checkboxes. Click graph data for details. You can Download or Print the graph data.

Monthly Summary Table

Here you will see all sending activity by month for the date range selected in a Table format. Click table data for details.  You can Download table data.
